The folk type of music for Acordion

The folk type of music is very popular for button acordion. For example in Quebec (French Canada) folk music was played by accordionists in bars and restorans. They had such repertoire as Jigs, dance pieces and reels.
The button accordion also was very popular in Newfoundland .

The concertina, an musical instrument of the reed-organ family. It is very similar to the acordion , but there are several differences :it does not have a keyboard and it has a hexagonal ends. This musical instrument also been used in traditional music, in the hands of Ian Bell or others.
